This Classic ‘City Tour’ offers guests the unique opportunity to experience Muscat’s traditional culture and heritage alongside and living in perfect harmony with its commercial center.

Home to a natural harbor, Muscat means “Anchorage” and lies in a natural volcanic bowl. During our city Tour, we will take you to the Grand Mosque and Bait Al Zubair Museum this is an excellent introduction for all visitors, which traces the Omani history and development alike. Driving along the ‘Corniche’ adjacent to the ancient harbour in Muttrah, we will visit the Fish Market and fascinating Muttrah Souq. We will then stop for photographs at the magnificent Al Alam Palace, the official residence in Muscat, of His Majesty Sultan Qaboosm, which is flanked by the 16^th century Portuguese forts, Mirani and Jalali.

Dress code: to visit Grand Mosque, one need to be covered from head to toe and ladies need to cover their head with scarf.
